emotional intelligence in action

Introduction

This practice is based in the tradition of Humanistic Psychology, acknowledging the relational, existential, spiritual, physical and intellectual aspects of being human.

The concept of Emotional Intelligence gives rise to the name and underpins the work. I and my colleagues have skills and experience in a wide range of facilitative forms, and are responsive to the needs of individuals, couples and groups.

My working career started in education - for 25 years I worked in the Adult Education service, and developed skills in training, group process, guidance and counselling before exploring many therapeutic modalities. I hold diplomas in adult education, humanistic psychology and body psychotherapy.

My practice is based in Witney and I also meet with clients and supervisees in Oxford.
